This site has no cookies, no analytics scripts and no tracking pixels. The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the pilot / early-access form or by email.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, what you inspect, roughly how many assets a year, your GIS or asset system, and your message.
- The page you sent the form from and the address you arrived at it with. If you came from an ad, that address can include campaign parameters (for example
utm_campaignorgclid), which tell us which ad or search led you here.
Why
To reply to your request and arrange a pilot, and to learn which inspection types and pages people are interested in. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in understanding demand (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who processes it
The site and form run on Cloudflare, which delivers your submission to our email inbox (Google Gmail). Cloudflare may process your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're in conversation with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to pilot@inspectial.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
